Felted wool forms the long neck and plump body, finished with an orange beak and feet and a knit party hat in teal and white, topped with a yellow pom. A red polka-dot felt balloon bobs above on a slim wire, held fast at the wing. A jute loop hangs it from the tree, a doorknob, or a gift tie.

Strung beside the ornaments it has no business being near, it is the one everyone points at first.
