Return Requests

Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or go to the returns page, and then request a return.

  1. Sign in to your account:
    In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
    In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  2. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
  3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  5. Click "Request return".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Return Policy

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about approval or rejection.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time to post).
  3. Contact your bank (processing times may vary).
  4. If still unresolved, email us at info@carlyleavenue.com.

Sale Items

Only full-priced items are eligible for refund. Sale items are final sale.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped to you, you’ll receive gift credit for the return’s value.
  • If the gift wasn’t marked or was sent to the giver first, we’ll issue a refund to the gift giver.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These are non-refundable.
  • If the return is refunded, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
  • For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We are not responsible for items we do not receive.
