Return Policy
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about approval or rejection.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (it may take time to post).
- Contact your bank (processing times may vary).

Sale Items
Only full-priced items are eligible for refund. Sale items are final sale.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- Email info@carlyleavenue.com to request an exchange.

Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped to you, you’ll receive gift credit for the return’s value.
- If the gift wasn’t marked or was sent to the giver first, we’ll issue a refund to the gift giver.
