The Madrid Collection is built around a single design decision that makes all the difference: a solid sphere base, heavy and perfectly round, that gives every silhouette in the collection a sculptural grounding the eye doesn't expect but immediately wants. The stems rise from it cleanly — slender, precise, transparent — and the bowls open above in the shapes the drinks deserve: a generous round for red wine, a narrower tulip for white, a wide shallow coupe for cocktails and champagne, a straight-sided tumbler and highball for spirits and long drinks, and a compact shot glass for anything that needs no ceremony. The glass throughout is crystal-clear, unadorned, and entirely confident in the sphere as the sole point of character. On a mirrored tray — as the styling confirms — the reflections double the effect and the whole arrangement becomes an installation.
