The trivet-sized companion to the oven mitt, in the same two colorways. One square hot pad centers a single oversized sardine on a navy ground with a small cross-stitch-look border; the other scatters four fish, each in its own pattern, across a white ground with a wavy blue edge. Both are corner-looped for easy hanging and finished with the same diamond quilting as the mitts, so the two pieces read as one set rather than two separate purchases.

Set one under a hot dish at the table and it holds its own as a table accent, not just a heat shield.
