Product was received on July 18th and was defective. There are white streaks on the glass that make the ball look like milk was dripped into it, there are two holes in the glass, and reporting the issue to Carlyle Avenue has been ignored. I sent two messages to Carlyle Avenue that have been ignored so I disputed the charge with the credit card company to which Carlyle told the card company that the product is in good condition which it isn't. This company is non responsive to their customers, their product is defective, and they don't resolve issues in any timely manner.
Want to know the twist? This ball is a replacement for a broken ball which is ordered from them 2 years ago which was sent in perfect condition.
This whole issue has been poorly handled by Carlyle Avenue, I'm stuck with a defective item, and I plan and speaking out against this company and their products going forward. Do not buy from them unless you plan on a 50/50 chance you get something good from them.
